Return & Exchange Policy
How it Works
To initiate a Return or Exchange, please follow the instructions in our Returns & Exchanges portal.
Oxford Steels will replace items if they are the incorrect size, defective or damaged. Returned and exchanged products must be in the original packaging and shipped back in a suitable shipping box.
If you cannot wait to receive your new pair of shoes, you may purchase the replacement pair and upon the receipt of the returned item, you will be refunded.
Please be advised that there will be a $5 restocking fee for every return.
30 Days No Questions Asked Return!
If you do not enjoy your shoes for whatever reason, please utilize our refund portal and we will provide a refund for your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your return will be processed taking into account any shipping purchases/costs (See Shipping Section for more details). A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Shipping cost for the first exchange, for products purchased inside the 48 contiguous states, will be paid by Oxford Steels. Unfortunately, at this time Oxford Steels can only cover shipping costs for products purchased inside the 48 contiguous states. All products purchased outside the 48 contiguous states can be returned and exchanged with the cost of shipping paid by the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your purchase, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any expedited shipping paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
Depending on location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Return Request Expiration
Return requests, may it be for a refund or an exchange, will expire if the shoes have not been shipped within 30 days from the date the return request has been submitted. You may no longer be able to place a new one on our portal once your first return request expires. You should send us an email requesting for a manual return. Always check your email for confirmations whenever you place a request or email us for further assistance if you didn't receive any return quest confirmation.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund you should;
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
