Exchange/Return Policy

Exchanges

Oxford Steels will replace items if they are the incorrect size, defective or damaged. We recommend trying your shoes on the carpet to avoid scuffing. Returned and exchanged products must be in the original packaging. If returns or exchanges are needed please send us an email at contactus@oxfordsteels.com and we will reply with a return shipping label.

If you cannot wait to receive your new pair of shoes, you may purchase the replacement pair and upon the approved inspection of the returned item you will be refunded.

 

30 Days No Questions Asked Return!

If you do not enjoy your shoes for whatever reason, please contact us and we will refund you the total cost of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

 

Shipping

To return your product, please email us at Contactus@OxfordSteels.com and we will send you a return label.

Shipping cost for the first exchange, of products purchased inside the 48 contiguous states, will be paid by Oxford Steels. Unfortunately, at this time Oxford Steels can only cover shipping costs for products purchased inside the 48 contiguous states. All products purchased outside the 48 contiguous states can be returned and exchanged with the cost of shipping paid by the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your purchase, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not yet received your refund, please contact us at contactus@oxfordsteels.com.



Warranty

Oxford Steels warrants all products to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Within the period of this warranty, Oxford Steels will repair or replace, free of charge; any part proving defective in material or workmanship.

All expenses related to replacing or repairing a defective part, purchased inside the 48 contiguous states, under this warranty shall be assumed by Oxford Steels. Shipping for products purchase outside the 48 contiguous states shall be assumed by the Customer.

This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:

  1. Repairs necessitated by use other than normal use.
  2. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
