Warranty Policy

Oxford Steels partners with trusted footwear and leather goods makers, and every product is covered by its maker's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage length varies by brand and is shown on the product page where available.

Warranties don't cover misuse, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

How to start a claim

Visit our Returns & Exchanges portal, choose "Item is Damaged," and include photos, or email contactus@oxfordsteels.com. We'll work with the maker and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
